Licensing for Advisers

Management of Choice Life Limited confirm that we attended the Immigration Advisers Workshop hosted by the Registrar in Auckland. The Immigration Advisers Authority ("IAA") aims to promote and protect the interests of consumers receiving immigration advice by regulating the industry. The immigration advisers were given until 4 May 2009 to obtain the new license and advisers are in negotiations with the IAA to obtain information about the new procedures and processes to be implemented.

We are exempt from obtaining a license as we fall under migrant support services, this means that we do not provide immigration advice. For information about registered agents, please see the list on the IAA's website. We agree to abide by all the rules of conduct as stipulated in the IAA codes of conduct for advisers, and assure you of professional service at all times.

Complaints Process

Whilst every effort will go into ensuring that you as the client are satisfied at all times, if for any reason you would like to lodge a complaint about the services of Choice Life Limited, please contact our offices or email us on info@choicelife.co.nz. The IAA will also be implementing a complaints process where matters can be escalated if for whatever reason you believe the matter was not resolved to your satisfaction.
